Graffiti Installation

Come and watch Tom Goulden create an amazing graffiti installation during the day. He will be at the south end of the High Street.

This year’s Lindfield Arts Festival is loosely connected to the 175th Anniversary Celebrations of Haywards Heath Railway coming to the area and as such the Tom Goulden will be making a graffiti board and decorating a truck to accompany the procession on Sunday 18th September 2016 from the Station to Victoria Park.

Tom is also running a couple of workshops.

The Banners are Up

The banners are up and the countdown has started.  Only thirteen more days to go and fourteen sleeps and it will be Festival Day.

We have passed the point of no return and are now totally committed to the  Festivities, come rain or shine.

The Graffifi installation framework is under construction, the posters are prepared, Mansell McTaggart house signs advertising the Festival are ready to go up and we are hoping for publicity in the local newspapers.

Please pass the message on. Lindfield traders will all be OPEN FOR BUSINESS on Saturday 17th September and will welcome visitors from near and far.

We can’t wait; it is so exciting.

Budding actors – apply here

Great news. Lindfield Arts Festival has secured the right to close the High Street for Saturday 17th September 2016. Don’t worry there will be alternative arrangements for all public transport and the LAF Team will endeavour to ensure that no-one is disadvantaged during the day.

performingThe closure means lots of street activities, much more than last year. This year, be prepared to be surprised by circus troupes and graffiti installations along with buskers, musicians and dance activities. You can also see the classic cars on display.

There will be much to do and see.PICT2388
