Swoove means to sing, whoop and move and is a singalong exercise class.  You sing through the choruses, whoop through the verses, all whilst moving to the music.  You burn calories singing, it engages your abdominals, increase your lung capacity and is great for the soul.  The music is a range of pop music from the 60’s through to today’s chart hits.

There are 30 different programmes within the Swoove brand, including Swoove Fitness, the original class, Swoove Mumma for pregnant ladies, Swoove Play for 0-4 year olds, Swoove Combat a martial arts inspired class, Swoove Ignite which is in the dark with disco lights and glow bracelets, Swoove Stretch, a conditioning class on the floor with mats and many more!

The creator of Swoove, Esther Featherstone, lives in Lindfield and has been heavily involved with the arts festival since 2010.  “The Festival is a wonderful community event that allows people to experience different arts and crafts and really enjoy our beautiful village.  We are excited to be taking part again this year and we look forward to swooving with you all!”

Swoove is also a vessel to raise money for very small, local charities and since it’s launch last year at the arts festival, Swoove Aid has raised over £16,000.
